Following the recent AGM, Kim McGillivray resigned from the Board position to which she had been elected. The Board has, per provisions in the HOA By-Laws, appointed Shane Stark as Director and Treasurer. He will hold that position until an election can be held at a Special Meeting of the Sunset Dunes HOA.
