Bethany Smith has been hired once again this year to maintain the flower beds along Campbells Way, with her work being supplemented this year by the activities of the volunteer Sunset Dunes Gardening Group that have been organized. Bethany will be starting in the final week of May and working on the beds every 3 weeks until the end of October.
Several recent withdrawals from the Sunset Dunes Gardening Group in the last week made the HOA Board reconsider its plan of relying solely on volunteer efforts to maintain the Campbells Way flower beds this year. Instead, Bethany Smith will be working on the beds every three weeks, with the volunteer group supplementing her work between visits and tackling larger projects such as addressing the issues at the Campbells Way turnaround flower bed.
In order to best manage the work done by Sunset Dunes PEI HOA contractors, we once again remind you that you are to bring forward any comments or suggested work items in the subdivision to the HOA or to the various Board members, rather than communicating directly with a contractor.
