Fourteen (14) lots are connected to a water distribution system and have an additional annual assessment to maintain and inspect the equipment. (Lots 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 48, 49, and 50).

A Coastal Hazard Assessment for the Sunset Dunes PEI HOA was conducted by the Province of PEI this past spring, 2022 as part of a coastal Buffer Zone study prioritized under Resolution 4 during the 2021 Sunset Dunes HOA Annual General Meeting. The objective of this study was to provide property owners with information regarding coastal buffer zone protection requirements as well as identify areas vulnerable to erosion and or flooding. The results of the Coastal Hazard Assessment (CHA) for PID 209916 including maps of the properties are located in the Member area.
