The new metal stairs to the beach at the head of the common area pathway between lots 18 and 19 were installed Tuesday and are now available for use by yourself and your guests.
This completes the project, Resolution #1, voted on and approved at the August 2021 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the HOA. Thanks to all who were involved in bringing this project to completion and improving the community. Hopefully, we will see similar community enhancement proposals at this year’s AGM, scheduled for August 13.
Special thanks to the volunteer crew that worked alongside contractor Paul Dawson to put the stairs in place; Kristin Arnold, Jim Glennie, Maurice Roy, Susan Stark, and Shane Stark.
Please take care to avoid the old wooden stairs that are currently still on the beach, but will be disposed of shortly.
