The Lila’s Walk work bee on Sunday morning was a great success.
The boardwalk looks a lot better now it’s been cut and trimmed. Thanks to all those who volunteered their time to help – including Aubrey Bell, Carl Costa, Jim Glennie, and Darrell Vessey.
Much appreciated by all in the community!

And PLEASE notice the DANGER sign at the entrance posted by Fishers and Oceans of Canada? It says ” “Shellfish Area Closed. Shellfish (oysters, clams, mussels and other bivalve molluscs) in the area described below (which is bland!) are contaminated and are not safe for consumption.”

Finally, just a reminder to keep the landing area at the head of Lila’s Walk nice and tidy. It’s perfectly okay to take your beach chairs and accouterments down to the beach, but please don’t leave them on the beach or on the landing. Thank you!
