The Board met on Saturday, August 28 to develop a priority work list and action plan for the HOA over the remainder of 2021 and into 2022. The following 23 items were discussed, with each one given a priority, timeline, and Board sponsor. The first 4 items below were categorized as the most urgent to complete in the upcoming weeks.

6. Investigate and execute options for the pumphouse to reduce electricity expenses in advance of the 2021/2022 winter season [Susan]
7. Decision on continuing or not with HOA Vacant Lot Grass Cutting in 2022 [Shane]
8. Decision on mosquito/bug control marsh treatment measures for 2022 [Joe]
9. Decision on harmonization or not of the fee assessment period (presently, calendar year) with the fiscal year (ending May 31) for the next invoicing [Shane]
10. Decision on how to issue 2022 fee assessment invoices – HOA or contract out [Shane]
11. Set and send out 2022 fee assessment invoices to owners by mid-December [Shane]
12. Conduct election at a membership Special Meeting to fill vacant seats on Board [Joe]
