• Sunset Dunes, Prince Edward Island, Canada is planning for a welcome wave
of publicity with the first airing of the Big Break Prince Edward Island TV reality series on April 20, at 9 p.m. EDT, on The Golf Channel network.
Prince Edward Island is the first-ever Canadian host for the popular series. Sunset Dunes is PEI’s most exclusive waterfront community for retirement or vacation-home ownership, with 27 fine golf courses in the immediate area.

The installation of new street lighting slated for this month is another part of the ongoing improvements here within the development. Also over the past couple of months selective cutting in focus areas throughout the Development has enhanced the viewscape from most lots in the Development.

• Ongoing improvements continue at Sunset Dunes with selective thinning and clearing on many of the treed lots now taking place. Additionally developer has contracted for strategic placement of a series of street lights in the treed areas of the development as well as enhancement of street lighting at the entrance way. Also since our last update Lot #32 has SOLD. Now just 8 oceanfront and 8 riverfront lots remaining for sale as we move into the 2008 season.

• Another busy summer is almost over here at Sunset Dunes. Sale on Lot #51 has closed and there is a Sale pending on Lot #24 . New owners have purchased and are prepared to enjoy year round living in the new home that was constructed on Lot #53. In addition to receiving approval to sell the third and final phase extensive enhancements have been ongoing in the community. The resident dock on the Cape Traverse River is completed, lots of new landscaping has been done at the entrance way, along the boardwalk access to the beach and at various points along the road way. Also full service maintainence program is available for all owners.
Notice **Price increase scheduled, effective Sept 15th, on most of the remaining lots.
